As the hub of our daily operations and often the first point of contact for customers, you'll play a key role in delivering the exceptional service that sets us apart and helps our business thrive.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle reorders and warranty claims
  • Assist customers in showroom and over the phone
  • Provide administrative support
  • Unload product from delivery trucks
  • Cross train into all areas of office administration
  • Keep our CRM updated

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High school diploma, two-year degree preferred but not required
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written
  • Motivated self-starter
  • Great organization
  • Ability to prioritize and be flexible
  • Basic computer skills

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $19-22/hour (based on experience)
  • Health insurance contribution
  • 401(k) with up to 4% company match
  • Paid time off (PTO)
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday OR Tuesday-Saturday schedule (daytime hours
