What You’ll Be Doing
- Install blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery with precision and care
- Prep each job by reviewing materials and plans ahead of time
- Communicate confidently with customers on-site
- Keep your vehicle, tools, and job sites organized and professional
- Represent our company professionally at all times
What Makes Someone Successful in This Role
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using tools and working with your hands
- Must possess strong problem solving skills in the field
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders

Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $21-$25/hour (based on experience)
