The ideal candidate has previous finished carpentry experience, possesses excellent craftsmanship, and is committed to delivering high-quality results. If you are handy, have a positive spirit, and desire to provide a high-level customer service experience we want to hear from you!

Compensation & Benefits

  • Pay: $21-$25/hour (based on experience)

  • Health insurance contribution

  • 401(k) with up to 4% company match

  • Paid time off (PTO)

  • Full-time, Monday–Friday schedule (daytime hours)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Install blinds, shades, shutters, and drapery with precision and care

  • Prep each job by reviewing materials and plans ahead of time

  • Communicate confidently with customers on-site

What Makes Someone Successful in This Role

  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Required Qualifications

  • Proficient with tools and working with your hands

  • Strong problem solving skills in the field

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
